Can someone help me with my thyroid?

So a month ago i went to emergency room after having sex with my gf . ever since i lost 15 pounds. anyway, i just got my blood results from my doctor and everything was fine, except for my thyroid. he just said that my thyroid was bad and to schedule for an ultra sound. anyway, can someone tell me what is wrong. i have a low tsh < . 011 and free t4 is 2.28 . also my mch is 31.5. Im thinking its hyperthyroidism but not sure because like i said the doctor didn't say anything he just said my thyroid is not good. i have my ultra sound for thyroid on thursday . is there anything i should worry about? what should my diet be like? should i eat more or less? have more meat or less meat? please help. thanks.
