Do actors get paid from Netflix?

One of my mentors I had was on That's So Raven and I was watching the episode she was in. Anyway, I told her about it and she was like "What I didn't get paid for that!" So do actors get paid or is the settlement just between Netflix and the distributors? I'm asking because tomorrow the complete series of Power Rangers will be on and I doubt Netflix would want to pay all those actors a some.
