MRI next week...is this MS?

i'll be having an MRI of my brain next week. My symptoms are bouts of fatigue, joint pain, unexplained fever and achiness, full body numbness (slight, kind of like when your foot falls asleep, but less intense). Also, i frequently have migraine-type headaches always on one side and neck and shoulder pain with burning. Both of my eyelids have been twitching for almost 2 months. I've had blood tests to rule out Lyme Disease, which were negative. My TSH (thyroid) was in the normal range (been dealing with hypothyroidism for 3 years). Blood test also show I am anemic. My SED/ESR rate was 40 on a normal scale of 0-20. Anyone have similar symptoms? What were you diagnosed with? Also, if I'm feeling OK when I have the MRI, will it still show signs of an illness/disease? I am a 29 year old female. Thanks in advance.
