I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism back in Jan. My TSH was in mid 50's and the latest was in mid teens...?

Should I be feeling any better at this point or will it take getting the dosage of the thryroid medicine just right before I notice anything. So far, I still feel like hell. What can I expect as far as my physical and mental health once they do get it right?
