Gastric & Acidity Problems?

Hello, i am 29 years old, 56.5 KG, 175cm. for the last 5-6 months i have been suffering from gastric and acidity problems. more times my stomach feels full, pains a little sometimes, vomiting tendency. i cannot eat or do nothing for 1-2 days, all the day in the house. i lost 6 KG's in 8 months & feel weak more times. i have done the following tests P.Glucose / S.Alt / S. Creatinine / Urine / Free T4 / TSH / HBs Ag / USG but i have not test my stool test. All the results come good. i am much worried if it is all fine or do i have to take any medicines.
