Is this bipolar mania????? Im so scared advice plz?

Im 16 with a bit of issues. This past year I have had severe ups and downs, went to the gyno for hormones, she said testosterone was a bit off but not much and Tsh (thyroid) a lil low maybe hyperthyroid but not much for concern n to comeback in 3 months. My therapist will not diagnose me bipolar until all physical ailements are ruled out. From january to late april I had severe anxiety, panic attacks, but also high energy, drug urges and happiness. I took so many vitamins n thought i fixed this, bc I stopped the anxiety attacks. Then may became a lil depressing, but turned kind of bla for a few days. Now at the end of may, I am happy as hell for no reason, have been veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy studious, tonight is the 1st time in a month that Ive had anxiety, even a bit of drug curiosity. Does this sound like im bipolar and do you think mania/hypomania is starting up again? Very scared and hopeless
